Michael Wynter is a qualified organisational change and development specialist skilled in the human side of change.
He has extensive business and corporate experience, holding management and leadership positions since 1995.
With a background in the psychology of management and leadership, Michael has led business and community teams in complex organisational changes to realise seemingly impossible goals. His key areas of expertise lie in technology transformations, business process enginering, cultural buy-in, transition planning and executive coaching.
As a Senior Transformation Consultant for Mindset, Michael assists organisations and their people to develop to their full potential, and is passionate about team learning, generating leadership capability and developing creative solutions.
He holds a Graduate Certificate in Management Psychology and an Associate Diploma in Data Processing, and is accredited as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Michael’s previous roles have included providing organisational development consulting, Project Leadership and Executive Coaching services to growing organisations in his role at Logical Creativity; Business Coaching for Shirlaws Australia; and various change and project management roles within large companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Commonwealth Bank, and Norfolk Group.
