Suzanne Corliss has held Leadership and Consulting roles across a variety of industries including Management Consulting, Executive Search firms, Financial Services and the Health industry.
Over the last 12 years she has built extensive experience in working with customers across the ICT industry in Australia, South East Asia, and Europe.
Suzanne has focused on providing customers with workforce strategies to build organisational capability and growth including attraction and retention of executive level talent and specialist resources, capability analysis, business transformation, performance management and career/business coaching. She has also worked closely with customers to facilitate and integrate strategic merger & acquisitions. Some of the management consulting organisations she has worked with include Mercuri Urval, Alt-U / SmartForce Solutions and Eurolink Global.
Holding a Graduate Certificate in Change Management, Suzanne’s professional focus over the last five years has focused on Business strategy, transformation and alignment of leadership capability for effective execution of business strategy. Recent business transformation projects have included working with a Not-for-Profit in facilitation of organisational strategy and values, organisational analysis (internal and external) strategic and divisional planning, capability modelling, assessment and development of Executive Leadership team, team coaching for line leadership, change management, workshop facilitation and Project Management.
Suzanne has significant experience in the strategic analysis of ICT vendors to align organisational strategy and ‘go to market’ approaches with market demands / trends, and identify capability needs and gaps to effectively execute on appropriate business strategy.
